👉 Salesforce Business Analyst

🟣 You will be:

• Requirements Gathering (Salesforce-focused): conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders; document business processes and user stories specifically related to Salesforce.

• Process Analysis & Optimization: identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements using Salesforce capabilities.

• Solution Design: collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.

• Testing & Validation: define and coordinate UAT; develop test cases and validate the implementation against the documented requirements.

• Training & Support: prepare end-user documentation, deliver training if needed, and support adoption and incident resolution related to Salesforce features.

  
  

🟣 Your profile:

• minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects,

• proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT solutions,

• deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its core clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and capabilities,

• strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum,

• ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable requirements,

• exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• ability to lead and influence without direct authority, building strong relationships with stakeholders and development teams.

• proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on long-term product success and business value,

• strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2).

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
