👉 Product Owner

🟣 You will be:

• defining and executing a long-term (12–36 months) product strategy for Brand Experience within the Brand Value Proposition (BVP) initiative,

• building and articulating a clear strategic vision that transforms how brands present themselves and interact with buyers on the platform,

• taking full ownership of product outcomes, aiming to achieve double-digit coverage of GMV generated by brands,

• designing and delivering premium brand shopping experiences that align with the identity and expectations of high-value brands,

• leveraging advanced AI/ML capabilities (Strategic AI) to create competitive advantages for brands and enhance the platform’s value proposition,

• aligning product strategy with commercial and business objectives, ensuring the initiative generates measurable value for both buyers (User Experience) and sellers (Brand Value),

• collaborating and communicating effectively across teams and leadership levels, including reporting progress and strategy to senior management,

• managing and influencing a broad stakeholder network, including Senior Leadership (L8+), commercial teams, and engineering organizations.

🟣 Your profile:

• proven experience working in an outcome-driven product environment (focus on measurable results rather than feature output),

• ability to rapidly test hypotheses and adapt product direction based on user and market feedback,

• strong customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding and solving real customer problems,

• experience working with large-scale product and catalog data,

• native-level Polish,

• english proficiency at B2 level or higher,

• willingness to occasionally travel for business to Poznań or Toruń.

Work from Poland and a work permit are required.
