👉 Cloud Solutions Architect

🟣 You will be:

• acting as the first embedded engineering consultant within client teams,

• leading technical discovery and shaping solution approaches and delivery models,

• translating ambiguous business requirements into clear technical options with trade-offs,

• designing reference architectures for ai/ml use cases including data ingestion, model lifecycle, ci/cd, observability, and security,

• contributing hands-on to proofs of concept, pipelines, infrastructure as code, and release automation,

• supporting initiatives around ai productization, aiops/devops, and integration layers (api, bff, frontend),

• defining team structure, skill mix, and onboarding approach for scaling delivery,

• creating architecture documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials,

• communicating technical decisions in a clear, business-oriented way to stakeholders and leadership,

• collaborating with delivery management on planning, dependencies, and risk management.

🟣 Your profile:

• 8–10+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or ML/AI engineering,

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture or design authority roles,

• proven experience in at least two areas: AI/ML, data engineering, DevOps/platform, or productization,

• strong consulting skills including discovery, problem framing, and executive-level communication,

• hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure automation,

• ability to work with ambiguity and turn it into structured, pragmatic plans,

• experience designing scalable and production-ready systems,

• willingness to travel regularly for workshops and stakeholder alignment,

• high ownership and strong collaboration mindset.

• must be fluent in English (at least at a C1 level), knowledge of Polish is a plus.
