Lead Architect

Warsaw (2 days in office per week)

Salary: 28 000 – 32 000 PLN gross (+annual bonus up to 20%)

Employer: International corporation providing financial services to companies

Responsibilities:

• Defining and governing the organisation’s enterprise architecture,

• Assuring that technology solutions align with strategic goals, regulatory & security requirements, and architectural standards

• Lead the development of current and future-state models across data, application, and technology domains, support major programmes with solution oversight, and embed security and compliance into designs

• Be a strategic advisor, they engage senior stakeholders, guide delivery teams, and drive innovation through emerging technologies and shared platforms.

• Work closely with a team of architects, fostering architectural excellence, and supporting business case through delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in role of Enterprise or Lead Architect within regulated sector (finance, fintech, insurance, Insurtech, etc.)

• In depth knowledge of architecture governance and principles and defining architecture design standards

• Experience in leading architecture in complex, multi-cloud or hybrid environments

• Experience with Agile and DevOps

• Understanding of all layers of IT solutions from network and platform to applications; knowledge of integration

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication

• Experience in leading architecture boards – desired

• Certificates like TOGAF, BIAN, Azure Architect – are nice to have

• Fluent in English language
