IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior IT Project Manager seeking challenges and opportunities for growth.

Requirements: 

• At least 1-2 years of experience managing IT projects, 
• Knowledge of common methodologies and tools supporting project management, 
• Ability to collect information from clients and maintain business relationships
• Knowledge of software development processes, 
• Independence in action and responsibility for assigned tasks, 
• Creativity in problem-solving, 
• Strong organizational skills,
• Motivation to grow in the area of project management related to software development
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Recruitment process: 

1. Initial contact (5-15 minutes): We’ll reach out to discuss key details and plan the next steps. 
2. Interview (15-30 minutes): A conversation with a team member to dive deeper into your experience and fit for the role. 
3. Leadership meeting (30-60 minutes): The final stage, where you’ll discuss visions, values, and alignment with a board member. 
4. Final decision: If our goals and expectations align, we’ll be excited to welcome you to our team!
