Project Specialist (Migration area)

About the Project

For our Client - a global logistics company we are looking for a Project Specialist to join the Customer Migration Team in Warsaw. 

Work Mode: Hybrid work from Warsaw office (3 days/week)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate high-quality customer migration processes within defined deadlines
• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance daily operations
• Identify risks arising from process inconsistencies and actively work to mitigate them
• Ensure effective, proactive, and solution-oriented stakeholder management aligned with project needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams involved in the migration process
• Provide regular, structured reporting to migration stakeholders
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive process documentation (Playbook), including process maps, SOPs, and training materials
• Act as a subject matter expert on departmental processes and reporting tools
• Support team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance in daily operations

Expectations

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role (Migration projects)
• Proven experience in independently managing and executing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving across all organizational levels
