As a part of our team you will:
 

  • Provide outstanding support service for system key users and IT professionals 
  • Gain experience with CMS systems administration - Adobe Experience Manager and Sitecore 
  • Investigate and solve incidents and potential threats on the application and infrastructure level  
  • Monitor multi-technology computing platforms, interfaces and servers 
  • Work in a multi-system (Windows, Linux) and multi-cloud (AWS, AZURE) environment   
  • Set up, maintain and troubleshoot customer applications 
  • Deliver high quality remote product training and speciality services to customers 
  • Work as an integral part of an open-minded team collaborating with internal projects and developer teams   

This is a perfect opportunity if you:

  • Have a technological mindset and technical background knowledge 
  • Have experience in application troubleshooting including Windows and Linux OS 
  • Have the willingness to learn - we like to share our knowledge and will gladly support your development 
  • Can communicate in English fluently (min. B2)   

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Prior customer support experience
  • Think outside of the box to find the best available solutions to technical issues 
  • Be able to acquire necessary technical knowledge on your own 
  • Read and follow advanced technical manuals 
  • Very good interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help people as well as finding personal satisfaction in providing support 
  • Experience with at least one of the following scripting languages: Python/Powershell/Bash 
  • Previous experience with ITIL framework & Agile methodologies 
  • Prior experience with software systems and/or testing web applications (programming skills are not required) 
  • Previous experience in software monitoring, chart analysis and reporting 
  • Basic knowledge about Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
