    Client: International Biotech Company

    Location: 100% remotely from Poland

    Salary: up to 93 PLN/H + VAT

    Cooperation model: B2B only

    Start date: ASAP


    Currently, we are expanding our Advanced Service Management Team dedicated to implementing innovative healthcare solutions for the IT division of one of the largest international pharmaceutical companies. So far, we have created a team of 30 SMs/PMs and we envision recruiting many more this year.


    Now, we are looking for PMO with a financial background who is open to new learning opportunities coming from cross-company Programs (incl. topics like Scaled Agile Framework environment, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Vendor Management, and other interesting aspects.


     


    Your key responsibilities:

    -> Financial Planning, cost management & Forecasting within the Program;

    -> Partner with all Business & IT Leads on Annual budget planning; 

    -> Capacity management in the Program by Partnering with the Business & IT leads;

    -> Participation in the transition from current project financial planning to Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) in the Program as part of the SAFe transformation.


     


    Your skills and experiences:

    -> Experience in financial management in large-size projects & business transformations;

    -> Strong interpersonal skills, able to build good business rapport with the DIA stream leads & Program management;

    -> Very good knowledge of Excel, incl. Vertical Search function;

    -> Fluency in English (at least C1).
