Join an ambitious initiative aimed at modernizing selected modules of an airport management software suite. As a Senior Product Owner, you will work closely with the client’s Product Owner and various stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, driving backlog management, and ensuring delivery of business value.
As part of our modernization process, you will also have the opportunity to leverage advanced AI/LLM-powered tools to support analysis of legacy systems, process optimization, and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
- Own and manage the product backlog by translating complex business requirements into well-defined items, continuously refining and prioritizing them in line with project goals and MVP, while facilitating refinement sessions and guiding the development team throughout sprints to ensure clarity of scope and priorities
- Use diverse requirements exploration techniques to gather, validate, and refine business needs while driving continuous discovery processes to identify, shape, and plan future iterations based on evolving project requirements
- Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to enhance the analysis of legacy systems, accelerating insights and improving decision-making
- Proactively collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and client-side stakeholders to address blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business and technical requirements, process flows, and high-quality User Stories
- Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, ensuring smooth collaboration with international, English-speaking teams
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles (e.g. Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Product Owner) cooperating directly with client's organization and development teams
- Strong, hands-on experience in using a variety of requirements exploration and validation techniques
- Practical experience with team collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data and systems
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation, paired with expertise in creating high-quality User Stories
- Proficiency in English at a level that enables seamless cooperation with native speakers
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness for office visits and occasional business trips

Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of agile delivery, especially Scrum (PSPO certification or equivalent)
