Your role is:

-> to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality product iterations;

-> to lead, mentor, and scale Product Owners / Product Managers;

-> to work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, Data, and Delivery leads;

-> to act as the final decision-maker in product-related trade-offs;

-> to define and manage the product backlog: prioritisation, specification, and acceptance;

-> to engage with stakeholders and customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable stories; 

-> to write feature specs and user stories in line with customer needs and roadmap vision;

-> to monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive enhancements and future features;

-> to plan and manage incremental releases that deliver value and align with business direction.

Your skills and experiences:

-> 5+ years in a similar leading or management role related to product ownership;

-> 8+ years in a Product Owner or Product Manager role;

-> excellent communication abilities and fluency in English (min. B2)

-> experience in trading, financial infrastructure or a highly technical product environment;

-> technical background (engineering, computer science or equivalent);

-> proven experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks;

-> strong skills in requirement definition, user-story creation, backlog management; 

-> data-driven mindset: comfortable with SQL, analytics or visualization;

-> familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or equivalent;

-> good understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies;

-> excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

+ experience with FIX protocol, or previous exposure to cryptocurrencies / digital asset products.
