We are looking for a Growth Manager to join Client's iGaming team. The primary responsibility will be to develop partnerships with existing B2B clients and maximize the potential of client's games with online operators.
This role requires a thorough understanding of the iGaming industry, familiarity with the promotional mechanisms used by operators, the ability to communicate with clients about results, campaigns, and game exposure, and, above all, the ability to translate business relationships into tangible growth in GGR, BET, player count, and product visibility.
Your role is:
to actively developing existing clients: online casinos, platforms, and aggregators. Planning and executing activities to increase the visibility and performance of Promatic games;
to initiate promotional campaigns: free spins, tournaments, mission campaigns, game recommendations, seasonal promotions, and dedicated promotions;
to proactive collaborate with Account Managers and sales mentoring of the Account Management teams;
to take part in ongoing discussions with clients about exposure, promotion, and improved positioning of our games;
to analyze client results and identifying growth potential;
to prepare activation plans for clients and coordinating their implementation. Regular contact with clients regarding growth, marketing, promotion, and performance activities;
to collaborate with Account Managers, the Product Team, and the technical team;
to prepare presentations, recommendations, and summaries for clients;
to monitor competitive activities and market trends;
to represent the company at business meetings, conferences, and trade fairs in Poland and abroad. Abroad;
to support clients with product knowledge and recommendations regarding the game portfolio.
Your skills and experiences:
Minimum 4 years of experience in the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, affiliate, or gaming/platform provider industries;
Excellent understanding of the online casino market and promotional mechanisms used by operators;
Experience working with B2B clients and developing existing business relationships;
Ability to analyze sales data, GGR, BET, player activity, and campaign results;
Practical experience in planning promotions, campaigns, and product activations;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Ability to conduct presentations and communicate with client management;
Independence, proactivity, and a strong focus on results;
Willingness to travel and attend trade shows;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Nice to have:
Experience working as an online casino operator or aggregator;
Knowledge of CRM tools, campaign management, free spins, tournaments, and bonus systems;
Experience working with a slots portfolio
