Our product, Wealth Data Box, www.wealthdatabox.com provides trusted data infrastructure for AI in wealth and asset management.
We are enhancing our global reach in the United States, Europe and Asia and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Poland to help us identify and engage trough integration partnerships with WealthTech and FinTech providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and build a database of WealthTech companies globally (with special focus on US market), focusing on firms that could benefit from Wealth Data Box (including data analytics, AI solutions, PMS/reporting systems, core banking systems, and data providers).
- Initiate contact with potential partners and clients via industry databases, associations, events, email, LinkedIn, or other professional channels to introduce Wealth Data Box and assess their interest.
- Qualify leads by gathering key information about their needs and interest in our solution.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- Reporting directly to CEO and collaborate directly with the US and Swiss based teams on qualified leads for further engagement and closing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B qualified sales lead generation, preferably in the WealthTech or FinTech industry (Data, AI, wealth management, asset management, private banking)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with decision makers. Good research and analysis skills.
- Familiarity with AI and data analytics applications, CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: based on B2B contract 10,000 -15,000 PLN per month + performance-based commission. Alternatively contract of employment.
