About the role

About us At WAYF, we are a design and development agency specializing in digital products and services. We create unique, future-forward online experiences, partnering with brands of all sizes to shape identities and develop mobile and web applications with a focus on quality, scalability, and speed to market. Our 20+ member team, primarily based in Poland, has been making waves in the tech industry since our founding in 2020.

Role overview We are looking for a Web Design & No-Code Developer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a background in web/UI design and a passion for no-code development, particularly using Framer. We're proud to be one of the few Enterprise-level Framer Partners in Europe and the first in Poland, working closely with the Framer team practically since their pivot to a web design tool.

Tasks:

• Collaborate with our team to implement website designs using Framer, with an opportunity to learn from our senior and lead specialists.
• Design and develop websites in line with industry standards, bringing them to life with animations and scroll effects.
• Continuously learn and grow in the role, embracing feedback and the iterative process of design and development.

Technical skills:

• Background in web/UI/UX/brand/product design with at least one year of relevant commercial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Willingness to learn and work with Framer (experience with Framer is a significant plus, Webflow knowledge is beneficial but not required).
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to create engaging website animations and effects.
• A portfolio showcasing previous web, brand, UX/UI, and/or no-code projects.

Soft skills:

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Experience or willingness to work remotely.
• Clear and transparent communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and open to feedback.
• Kind, team-oriented, and able to work collaboratively.

Compensation

• Based on experience, starting at 10000 PLN (B2B: net + VAT | Contract of Mandate: gross).
