Your Role:

As a UX/UI Designer, you will:

✔️ Design wireframes and prototypes based on user needs.

✔️ Collaborate with the team throughout the design process.

✔️ Develop structured and functional designs for applications.

✔️ Work closely with delivery manager to deliver user-focused solutions.

✔️ Design intuitive interfaces for mobile and web applications using best practices and design.

✔️ Justify and defend design decisions based on data and user feedback.

✔️ Develop and maintain consistent UX standards across projects.

✔️ Ensure proper implementation of graphic designs in collaboration with frontend developers.

✔️ Work with existing Design Systems and expand them as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design (with a portfolio showcasing your work).

✅ Strong skills in wireframing and UI design for web, desktop, and mobile applications.

✅ Advanced proficiency in Figma.

✅ Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.

✅ Strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

✅ Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.

✅ English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.

✅ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
