For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

UX Designer

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Location: 100% remote

Length: long term project

Start date: ASAP / 1 month notice period is ok

Rate: 110-130 PLN/h

Requirements:

·       Mid or Senior level UX Designer

·       Fluent English (required)

·       Based in Spain or Poland

·       Strong experience designing end to end user experiences

·       Agile mindset

·       Experience in work in Lean UX methodology

·       Ability to translate business and user needs into clear UX flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns

·       Experience collaborating with Product, UX, UI, and Development teams in an agile environment

·       Ability to work across the full lifecycle: concept → UX flows → wireframes → delivery

·       Experience using and contributing to a Design System

·       Understanding of usability and accessibility principles

·       Strong plus: experience working with enterprise scale platforms
