UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research to understand customer needs, behaviours, and pain points
• Designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
• Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to refine designs
• Ensuring consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices
• Staying up to date with UX trends and best practices to improve product usability

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
