As a Customer Success Manager at VM.PL, you will manage client relationships and support project teams to ensure service quality, satisfaction, and long-term cooperation. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll combine technical expertise with business acumen to identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include overseeing projects, supporting staffing and onboarding, leading client meetings and workshops, and developing account plans. You will also analyze client needs, negotiate agreements, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on innovation and AI tools.
Requirements
Professional experience in the IT/software development industry (e.g., Project Management, technical specialist, Customer Success, or Account Management).
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), technology basics, and project processes sufficient for confident client and team discussions.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager, or a technical background with openness to develop into a management role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to implementing innovations and improvements (including active use of AI tools).
Experience working with international clients, ideally within a German-speaking business environment.
German language proficiency at C1 level or above (mandatory).
English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Nice to have:
Passion for new technologies and practical interest in AI (e.g., applied in daily work, awareness of trends, willingness to experiment).
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, logistics, retail, or e-commerce.
Previous experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
Initial experience in B2B sales or client-facing roles at the Account/Project Management level.
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or CRM systems.
