Senior SAP TM Consultant

Short about the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP TM Consultant to join our SAP Consulting Department. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, business consulting mindset, and a proactive approach. Additionally, the Senior Consultant should be adept at navigating the business management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share consulting knowledge, quality communication, and resource management.

Role & responsibilities 

• Working in the SAP Consulting Department as an SAP logistics module consultant, specializing in Transportation Management (TM) 

• Participating in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems 

• Maintaining constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users 

• Continuously working with the implementation team and project stakeholders 

• Assisting junior consultants in addressing their daily challenges, providing consulting on various solutions and approaches 

• Actively participating in project meetings and fostering team collaboration 

• Taking a proactive approach in seeking new solutions and initiating process improvements 

• Leveraging your experience to support other consultants in overcoming consulting obstacles and ensuring high-quality team communication 

What is expected 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in various SAP projects as consultant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementation as functional consultant

• In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP TM business processes and integration 

• Prior experience in implementing several SAP projects, including the SAP TM module (preferably having experience of completing at least 2-3 full cycles of implementation as an TM functional consultant) 

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, slicers, and formulas 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and a business acumen approach 

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders 

• A high degree of independence in organizing one's work and collaborating effectively within a team 

• Fluency in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment

• An active Category B driving license 

• Willingness to undertake business trips, potentially up to 25% of the time 

• An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment 

Nice to have 

• Good knowledge of ABAP programming language
