Junior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior SAP Consultant with prior experience with SAP TM. In this role, you will focus on team and client support, writing scripts, and consulting solutions within the SAP Transportation Management (TM) module. Ideal candidates have a solid SAP experience foundation, knowledge of logistic processes, a proactive approach to learning, be self-driven, and a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of SAP TM and logistics processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Write and develop test scripts based on requirements and specifications in SAP projects

• Execute full test cycle prior to release and/or support end/key users with test script execution (UT/SIT/BIAT/UAT)

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects, particularly in logistics, within Poland and across the EU

• Collaborate with clients across various industries to provide consulting services in SAP logistics, specializing in S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)

• Apply your understanding of the SAP TM on different phases of implementation cycle, or alternatively modules like SD, YL, GTS or EWM

• Contribute to project meetings, share insights, and provide support to ensure the smooth execution of deliverables

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and addressing their needs effectively

• Continuously expand your SAP TM knowledge, with a particular emphasis on independent learning and staying updated on industry trends

• The role is primarily remote with occasional office visits; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approximately up to 30% of your time

What we expect

• Must have previous experience writing test scripts in SAP projects; prior experience with HP ALM is an advantage

• Must have experience in testing SAP based solution (full cycle implementation / enhancements / Change requests)

• Must have prior experience working with SAP TM, either in an SAP consulting role or as an SAP TM super user or key user; a strong focus on SAP TM is essential

• Strong modular knowledge of SAP TM and a keen interest in the subject

• Solid knowledge of logistics processes from a key user perspective, especially in internal projects related to SAP

• Experience working with diverse clients and the ability to understand and address their varying needs and requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Previous experience working with time management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms

• A consulting mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members

• Fluency in at least two of the following languages is a must: Polish, English, German — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment

• An open and flexible approach to working in an international and culturally diverse environment 

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes if there is a business need (20-30% of the time)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP systems and external platforms is a plus

• Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language
