We are a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in supply chain planning transformation and advanced planning solutions.Who are we looking forWe are currently looking for a Junior Business Consultant – Supply Chain with 1–3 years of professional experience to support the design and implementation of modern supply chain planning processes and solutions.In this role, you will work closely with experienced consultants and project leaders on client engagements that help global organizations improve how they plan, execute, and optimize their supply chains.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop expertise in supply chain planning and advanced planning systems while working on international transformation projects.Your RoleAs a Junior Business Consultant – Supply Chain, you will:
Support the mapping, documentation, and analysis of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and S&OP / IBP.
Assist in current-state assessments, data analysis, and process diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities.
Support the translation of business requirements into process documentation and functional specifications.
Contribute to supply chain planning tool implementation projects (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder) under the guidance of senior consultants.
Prepare client-ready materials, including presentations, analyses, reports, and workshop documentation.
Participate in client workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain planners, data analysts, and IT teams.
Contribute to internal knowledge assets, templates, and best practices within HyLogic.
Requirements
1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in supply chain consulting, supply chain operations, or related roles.
Basic understanding of one or more supply chain planning areas, such as:
Demand Planning
Supply / Production Planning
Inventory Management
S&OP / IBP
Exposure to supply chain projects, transformation initiatives, or system implementations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools is a plus).
Structured thinking and problem-solving mindset and ability to work with ambiguous problem statements.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
Interest in building expertise in supply chain planning and advanced planning systems.
Exposure to planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms is an advantage but not required.
Ability to work effectively in international and remote teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel depending on project needs.
