Siebel IT Operations Specialist
Technical Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support).
Solid knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred).
Experience analyzing system logs and working with monitoring tools.
Practical knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Experience supporting production and test environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of SOA / ESB / OSB integrations.

Main Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM production and test environments.
Analyze incidents, diagnose root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
Support Change Management processes and deployment activities.
Provide operational support to business users and project teams.
Work with SQL queries, system logs, and monitoring tools to ensure platform stability.
Collaborate with development and integration teams on CRM ecosystem improvements.
Support integrations with back-office systems (SOA / ESB).
Contribute to environment stabilization and operational process optimization.
Assist in automation of monitoring and deployment activities.
Create and maintain operational and technical documentation
