Junior Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP EWM Consultant to join our SAP Consulting Team. In this role, you will focus on providing client support, consulting services, and solutions within the SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module. This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in SAP EWM who is eager to develop their expertise further. We are seeking candidates with a proactive approach to learning, strong self-motivation, and a keen interest in SAP EWM and warehouse management processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients across various industries to deliver consulting services in SAP logistics, with a specialization in S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Support the implementation and maintenance of SAP projects, particularly those related to warehouse management (various – including Polish and international)

• Leverage your understanding of the full implementation lifecycle of SAP modules, ideally in SAP EWM, or alternatively in related modules such as TM, SD, or MM

• Contribute to project meetings, share insights, and provide support to ensure smooth and successful project outcomes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and addressing their unique needs

• Deliver or support end-user workshops and training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of implemented solutions

• Actively participate in application maintenance and ongoing project support within the SAP EWM area, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Continuously expand your SAP EWM knowledge, with an emphasis on independent learning and staying current on industry trends

• The role is primarily remote; however, it may involve travel to client sites or participation in important industry events, accounting for approximately up to 10-30% of your time

What we expect

• Must have solid SAP EWM experience — at least 2 years as a functional SAP consultant (incl. 1 year in EWM) or 3+ years as a key user/super user of EWM module

• Strong knowledge of warehouse logistic processes and hands-on experience with the EWM module is essential

• Familiarity with the full implementation cycle of SAP modules, ideally SAP EWM, or experience in related modules like TM, SD, or MM

• Experience working with diverse clients and understanding their varying needs and requirements

• Ability to conduct workshops for business users, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications

• Ability to support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with strong attention to detail

• A consulting mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members

• Fluency in English (B2/C1 or above) — with proven ability to work and communicate effectively in an international business environment – MUST HAVE

• Active driving license for passenger cars

Nice to have

• Fluency in any additional European language such as (Polish, German, French) is a strong asset

• Knowledge of integration with other SAP systems and external platforms

• Having an SAP EWM certification is considered a strong asset

• Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language
