We're building the features that will make UX Pilot essential for product teams at companies like Qualys, Verizon, Agoda, and hundreds of fast-growing businesses.
The Role
Location: Remote (Europe preferred, with overlap with CET timezone)

Reports to: Head of Product
Team: Product/Growth (you'll be the 3rd product hire)
What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced enterprise product manager to lead our team collaboration and enterprise features roadmap. You'll own the product discovery and execution that transforms UX Pilot from an individual tool into a collaborative platform for design teams and enterprise organizations.
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Define and own the product roadmap for team collaboration, security, and enterprise features
- Translate business objectives into product strategy and measurable product outcomes and metrics
- Conduct regular customer research with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements
- Conduct regular testing with enterprise teams to validate solutions
- Define and track key product metrics with a use of product analytics tool
- Analyze competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for enterprise infrastructure (authentication, admin tools, compliance)
Product Delivery & Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security) to ship enterprise-grade features
- Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex features including:
- Real-time collaboration (multiplayer editing, live cursors, conflict resolution)
- Role-based access control (RBAC) and team permissions
- Admin consoles for user and seat management
- Enterprise security features (SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logs)
- Manage agile development process: sprint planning, backlog prioritization
- Balance technical debt against new feature development
Stakeholder Management & Go-to-Market
- Work closely with enterprise sales team to gather insights and support deal cycles and customer demos
- Partner with customer success on enterprise onboarding and adoption strategies
- Collaborate with the team on SOC 2 Type II audit preparation and compliance requirements
- Support in creation of sales enablement materials: feature documentation, security questionnaires, comparison charts
- Present product roadmap and strategy to leadership and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise products
- Experience in a startup / scaleup environment
- Proven track record shipping collaboration features (real-time co-editing, team workspaces, or similar multiplayer functionality)
- Experience with enterprise security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logs)
- Strong background in role-based access control (RBAC), admin consoles, and team management features
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong Product Discovery skills, especially in B2B enterprise products
- Excellent stakeholder management across sales, engineering, customer success, and external clients
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
- Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (Notion, PostHog, etc.)
Enterprise Knowledge:
- Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, authentication systems, and data security
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, data privacy regulations)
- Knowledge of API strategies and third-party integrations for enterprise workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience with design tools or creative software platforms (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe products)
- Background in PLG (product-led growth) companies transitioning to enterprise
- Previous experience at hypergrowth SaaS companies ($5M-$50M ARR range)
- Direct experience with multiplayer/real-time collaboration infrastructure - Natural interest for AI workflows

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $4000 - $6000 / month (adjusted for experience) (B2B contract)
