Technical Project Leader (File Transfer & Scheduling)

Location: Hybrid (with business travel to Germany required)

Role description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Leader to manage technology projects, coordinate stakeholders, and support critical areas such as file transfer and job scheduling. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and the ability to drive collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (mandatory).

• Willingness to travel to Germany (hybrid work model, details to be agreed with the client).

• Proven expertise in file transfer solutions.

• Strong experience in job scheduling with a high volume of jobs (approx. 1500 jobs).

• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors.

• Nice to have: experience with Control-M.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technology projects in the areas of file transfer and job scheduling.

• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external partners.

• Analyze and optimize scheduling processes for large job volumes.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on file transfer solutions.

• Report on project status and progress to stakeholders.
