ServiceNow Developer (HAM Pro / SAM Pro) – UK Enterprise Client (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a UK enterprise customer with remediation and optimisation work across their existing ServiceNow implementation. The modules are already implemented, but there is a backlog of issues to be analysed and resolved across HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector (ACC).

Mandatory requirement: The candidate must have proven hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro. This experience will be verified during the selection process. Candidates without real HAM Pro / SAM Pro implementation experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remediation and technical support for ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, and ACC

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise scripts and configurations following ServiceNow best practices

• Develop and maintain:

  • Business Rules

  • Script Includes

  • Client Scripts

  • UI Policies

  • UI Actions

  • GlideRecord queries

• Build workflows and automation using:

  • Flow Designer

  • IntegrationHub

  • Scripted REST APIs

• Support CMDB data quality improvements, CI relationship fixes, and reconciliation activities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements and stabilisation activities

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end HAM Pro and SAM Pro implementation

• Strong JavaScript development skills

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and development best practices

• Ability to work independently and deliver remediation work in an enterprise environment

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM, CAD)

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments
