Transformation Delivery is a fast-growing practice focused on delivering complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformations. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Product Owner / Product Manager to join our TD&E team as a Senior Consultant. If you thrive on building impactful products, aligning customer needs with business goals, and working across cross-functional teams — this role is for you.

🔑 Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer and owner of a portfolio of related digital products.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market research and user feedback.
• Translate business goals into well-defined product features and prioritized backlogs using Agile methodologies.
• Drive the execution of product plans while collaborating with UX, developers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Evangelize the product value to internal teams and clients; support sales teams with strategic tools and messaging.
• Lead product demonstrations, reviews, and retrospectives to showcase functionality and gather feedback.
• Monitor market trends and user data to propose enhancements, innovations, and retirement strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and support build/buy/reuse decision-making.
• Ensure team delivery meets EY architecture, technology, and security standards.
• Champion product launch readiness by aligning delivery, enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

✅ To Qualify, You Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle and product/project management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and digital product delivery.
• Strong experience with user story writing, backlog grooming, roadmap development, and working with Scrum teams.
• Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Agile PM tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
• Experience with reporting on project status and milestones.
• Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones (Central Time).
• Experience in Agile Transformation projects and knowledge of Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on with JIRA/ADO administration and configuration.
• Business analysis capabilities.
• Industry experience in: Automotive, Banking, Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, or Media.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe POPM preferred
