Platform Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Platform Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in integration management and API configuration. This role is focused on managing configurations across platforms such as Medidata CTMS/SSU, EDC, eTMF, and Site Payments, ensuring that all integrations align with the overall system architecture and implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Manage platform and API configurations to support seamless integration within the defined project scope.

• Ensure integration teams have access to the tools and systems necessary for effective implementation.

• Support data migration and configuration efforts to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure configurations meet functional and architectural requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in platform configuration or integration management, with a strong focus on API-based integrations.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with integration platforms and tools, including API configuration and management.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of system integration processes and architectural design best practices.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
