Migration Project Manager
Position Summary:The Migration Project Manager is responsible for managing the data and document migration efforts from the legacy Sitero CTMS to the Medidata CTMS (Workstream 1) or from the legacy eTMF archive to the Medidata eTMF solution (Workstream 2). This role involves end-to-end project oversight, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop, maintain, and manage the project plan, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Ensure all migration activities are compliant with GxP standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CHRONOS workstream stakeholders, to ensure alignment and coordination.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate routine project meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, ideally within the life sciences or clinical research sector.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Solid understanding of clinical trial management systems (CTMS/eTMF) and data migration processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
