Medidata Platform Service Lead / IT SME
Position Summary:The Medidata Platform Service Lead / IT Subject Matter Expert (SME) is responsible for overseeing vendor technical deliveries and managing internal IT systems and services related to the Medidata platform. This role ensures successful implementation of platform components, alignment with IT4U processes, and efficient integration with existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical delivery of the Medidata platform implementation in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with vendor technical leads to ensure smooth system deployment.
Collaborate with integration teams to support seamless connectivity between platforms.
Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration to ensure secure and efficient user access.
Coordinate initial service setup, including the development of Business and IT Operational Manuals (BOM) and Admin Manuals.
Monitor and continuously improve IT processes in line with organizational and compliance requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a technical leadership or IT SME role, focused on system implementation and vendor coordination.
Technical Skills: Strong background in IT service management, platform integration, and identity/access management (e.g., SSO).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IT4U methodologies and technical project governance.
Soft Skills: Effective leadership, stakeholder communication, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
