Change Manager
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end change and transformation initiatives within technology-enabled programs. If you combine strong project management capabilities with hands-on organizational change management expertise and feel confident working with senior stakeholders, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Shape and implement change strategies tailored to the client context (impact & readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping, change plans, adoption KPIs).
Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including workshops and focus groups, ensuring employee voice is embedded in the design.
Design and deliver fit-for-purpose communication and training solutions (enablement plans, learning journeys, coaching, super user networks).
Develop and execute communication strategies that clearly articulate the vision, benefits, and practical implications of change.
Facilitate impact assessment workshops to analyze As-Is and To-Be states and define mitigation actions.
Conduct readiness and adoption assessments to evaluate organizational preparedness and track progress.
Lead and deliver project workstreams end-to-end (scope, planning, RAID management, budget, quality), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with client leaders.
Skills & Experience
4–7 years of experience in project management and organizational change management, ideally within technology-enabled transformations.
Proven experience leading end-to-end change management transformation projects.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging senior audiences.
Excellent English (minimum C1 level).
Willingness to travel (up to 20%, depending on project needs).
Professional certifications are a plus: PROSCI, CCMP, ADKAR, PRINCE2 / PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
An additional European language (German and/or Italian).
Experience in consulting and/or large-scale, multi-country programs.
Sector experience in financial services and/or the public sector.
Experience with BPMN.
