Join a dynamic Agile Transformation & Delivery team driving large-scale business and technology change. We are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to support high-impact initiatives across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership & Coaching

  • Foster self-organizing, high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
  • Support Agile team development by identifying strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.

Agile Transformation & SAFe Enablement

  • Lead or support Agile transformation initiatives using the SAFe framework.
  • Train and coach Agile teams and business stakeholders in SAFe principles and roles (e.g., SA, SSM, POPM).
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to align agile execution with business strategy and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to elevate organizational agility.

Delivery & Execution Oversight

  • Manage end-to-end technical delivery ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams and remove delivery impediments.
  • Promote engineering best practices and drive improvements in velocity, quality, and team health.
  • Track and report on key agile metrics for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
  • Strong command of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or Smartsheet.
  • Certifications: SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SAFe SSM), or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in distributed, cross-functional environments.
  • Flexibility to work in both US and UK time zones (with core availability in US Central Time).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives or Agile Release Trains.
  • Understanding of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) project methodologies.
  • JIRA administration/configuration experience.
  • Background in Agile coaching or business analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile maturity assessments and frameworks.
