Agile Transformation Lead (SPC, Scrum Master)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to support high-impact initiatives across diverse industries. This is a hybrid role combining expertise in Scrum Mastery, SAFe consulting, and technical delivery leadership — ideal for someone passionate about agile excellence, team empowerment, and continuous improvement.
Agile Leadership & Coaching
- Guide Agile teams in the application of Scrum, SAFe, and Lean principles.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Foster self-organizing, high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
- Support Agile team development by identifying strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
Agile Transformation & SAFe Enablement
- Lead or support Agile transformation initiatives using the SAFe framework.
- Train and coach Agile teams and business stakeholders in SAFe principles and roles (e.g., SA, SSM, POPM).
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to align agile execution with business strategy and value delivery.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to elevate organizational agility.
Delivery & Execution Oversight
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and remove delivery impediments.
- Promote engineering best practices and drive improvements in velocity, quality, and team health.
- Track and report on key agile metrics for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in Agile delivery using Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Strong command of Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Certifications: SPC (SAFe Program Consultant), Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SAFe SSM), or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills in distributed, cross-functional environments.
- Flexibility to work in both US and UK time zones (with core availability in US Central Time).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives or Agile Release Trains.
- Understanding of both Agile and traditional (Waterfall) project methodologies.
- JIRA administration/configuration experience.
- Background in Agile coaching or business analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile maturity assessments and frameworks.
