Senior IAM Consultant with German

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to join a global team focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Digital Identities. This role involves providing expert support and advisory services to organizations, helping them address complex information security challenges and enhancing their business resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and review IAM implementations for configuration correctness, security, and performance.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with internal standards and industry best practices.
• Identify and implement process optimizations for IAM configuration and maintenance.
• Share expertise through cross-training and collaboration with team members.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance digital identity security and usability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Digital Identities.
• Expertise with tools like SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Saviynt, or OneIdentity, including architecture, design, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Java programming and experience with provisioning workflows, triggers, and customizations.
• Knowledge of technologies like JAVA, LDAP, SAML, MFA, PIM, PAM, PKI is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle, RBAC, attestation, and recertification.
• Fluency in English and German (knowledge of other European languages is a plus).
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certification in IAM tools like SailPoint, Saviynt, or OneIdentity.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• ITIL Certification.
