Senior Big Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Big Data Engineer to join our team. Tasks: 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems 
• Implement data processing solutions using big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka 
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and deliver high-quality data solutions 
• Optimize and tune data processing workflows for performance and scalability 
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation 
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in big data and recommend improvements 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
• 5+ years of experience in big data engineering or a similar role 
• Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases 
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala 
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud 
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
