SAP Training Lead (Enable Now Expertise Preferred)

 We are seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to support the Stargate project and ensure the successful training and enablement of a workforce of ~1,000 users across EMEA. This role requires someone who can develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy while collaborating with the CBS Training Lead and project leadership teams. Experience with Enable Now is highly desirable.

The Training Lead will work remotely from Poland, with occasional travel as needed, to lead the training stream and coordinate the development, delivery, and evaluation of SAP training. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine the SAP training strategy, aligning with project objectives and user needs.
• Create detailed training plans, including curricula, schedules, and trainer assignments.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and oversee logistics for effective training delivery.
• Implement and manage the Enable Now platform, coordinating content development and rollout.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, reporting on outcomes and improvement opportunities.

Deliverables:

1. Training Needs Assessment Document with roles and curricula.
2. Comprehensive Training Plan with timelines and responsibilities.
3. Enable Now Rollout Plan, including platform setup and training materials.
4. Progress and Final Reports summarizing training and Enable Now rollout.
5. Training Effectiveness Evaluation Report with metrics and insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an SAP Training Lead or similar role.
• Expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive training strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Enable Now is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA.
