Agile Transformation Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Agile Specialist to join our international team and help support the adoption of agile ways of working across countries.

This role combines practical support, training coordination, and facilitation to encourage collaboration and continuous learning.

What to expect:

• Agile specialist for international, multi-functional teams and strategic projects

• Development and delivery of training (e-learning, virtual classroom, workshops) on agile practices, methodology and mindset

• Development of initiatives and campaigns to foster the development of an agile mindset at Group level

• Develop and manage train-the-trainer initiatives to spread knowledge and methodologies around agile practices in our international and multi-functional communities

• Ideation, management and facilitation of workshops and events centered around our strategic project development

Wymagania

• Experience as agile specialist

• Agile transformation at scale in an international, complex context

• Experience in Agile training

• Experience in workshop management and facilitation

• Strong communication and collaboration

• Strong English, other Group languages are an asset

• Capability to manage complex organizations and top-level stakeholders

• Creativity and solution-orientation

• Development of learning paths together with counterparts in other entities
