We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.


What you will be doing?

  • As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for designing and documenting new features specifically within or closely integrated with the core payment system (e.g., handling payment files, clearing/settlement processes) based on input data from business owners

  • Having hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN you will be translating business requirements into technical documentation used by developers and business stakeholders

  • Your role is also about being able to pull and analyse data from various sources like SQL Databases, Big Query, CSV’s, etc. to extract valuable information

Skills you should have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst gained in financial institutions proven experience in the payment domain and analyzing core payment system integrations

  • Experience from work with software engineers and testers

  • Ability to prepare technical requirements based on business input

  • Knowledge of analytical artefacts: process modelling, user requirements documentation, functional requirements, state diagrams, examples of use case scenarios

  • Experience in using UML, BPMN, SQL

  • Curiosity to go beyond own expertise domain and appetite to learn new things and approaches from others

  • A strong collaborative mindset is essential, supported by demonstrable experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, LeSS) and upholding an Agile mindset.

  • Polish and English languages are a must


Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of REST API, Postman tool or similar

  • Experience in defining complex data mappings, especially for payment message formats (e.g. ISO20022), between internal systems and external partners

  • Familiarity with Blockchain and Smart Contracts
