Senior Systems Analyst – IT Industry

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leader in the IT industry dedicated to shaping tomorrow's digital landscape. You will help design, analyze, and optimize complex systems, contributing directly to innovative solutions that enhance business transformation and operational efficiency. Your main responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive system analyses to identify opportunities for improvements and new solutions

• Document processes within Enterprise Architecture (EA) to ensure clarity and alignment

• Collaborate in maintaining and developing new application solutions to meet evolving business needs

• Support production processes through controls, analyses, and testing procedures

• Work closely with development teams, testers, and business analysts to ensure seamless project delivery

• Define system scope and create detailed analyses to facilitate implementation

• Develop pre-implementation analysis to guide effective project execution

• Contribute to architecture design and conceptualization of innovative system solutions

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in systems analysis or related fields

• Strong knowledge of Kafka, REST, and database management (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)

• Proven ability to work in teams and in Agile environments

• Excellent analytical skills and experience in defining test scenarios

• Expertise in system modeling tools such as UML and BPMN

• Good understanding of testing methodologies and diagnostic actions

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Experience with ETL processes, JIRA, or working in international settings

• Knowledge of AsyncAPI, Java, and banking data models

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ETL concepts

Language Required for the role:

• Communicative proficiency in English (at least B2 level)

• Fluency in Polish
