Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Following Defined Incident and Problem Management
• Knowledge base maintenance
• Communication and collaboration with support team members, project teams and customers through various channels.
• Execute operational activities not only but mostly related to PTC PLM stack (monitoring, maintenance, installations, updates, configurations, licenses).
• Learning the latest technologies, frameworks by gathering and sharing knowledge.

Our Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive collaboration skills.
• Strong IT skills and computer literacy (Windows/Linux).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage and organize your own workload.
• Java/Python or other language awareness.

Nice to have

• IT service desk experience.
• Fluency other languages (German, Italian or Polish).
• ITIL awareness or certificate.
• PTC PLM application stack awareness.
• Virtualization awareness (like Vmware)
• Monitoring tools awareness.
