Configurator / Market Deployment Specialist

Algomine, part of the Transition Technologies PSC Capital Group, is looking for a Configurator / Market Deployment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and rollout activities for conversational AI solutions across multiple markets.

• Configure and test AI chatbot / voicebot solutions.

• Write, optimize, and test prompts for LLM-based systems.

• Analyze AI responses and improve conversational quality and user experience.

• Work with JSON and CSV data files.

• Query AWS DynamoDB and manage/download files from AWS S3.

• Collaborate with international teams during deployment and testing phases.

• Support validation and quality assurance activities for multilingual AI solutions.

• Identify issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improving AI behavior across different languages and markets.

Requirements

• Be able to read JSON and CSV files.

• Be able to query AWS DynamoDB and download files from AWS S3.

• Comfortable working in a highly multinational environment.

• Experience writing and testing prompts.

Nice to Have

• Ability to lead and coordinate activities and people.

• Multi-lingual background – ideally experience living or working in a non-native language environment and understanding the complexities of working with LLMs across many languages.

• Background in a call centre environment.

• Knowledge of European languages preferred – Germanic, Slavic, Latin, and Greek language groups.
