Atlassian Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of issues, troubleshooting technical and substantive problems related to the functioning of Atlassian systems and their plugins/scripts;

• Defining, analyzing, and implementing new technical solutions (projects);

• Collaborating with users on process automation and optimization;

• Collaborating with users in creating and/or modifying reports, dedicated workflows, and dashboards.

Requirements:

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or a related field;

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.;

• Familiarity with the Atlassian SDK;

• Familiarity with the most popular extensions from the Atlassian Marketplace;

• Strong analytical thinking skills;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• Ability to communicate precisely with business and IT team representatives;

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly;

• Experience as an Atlassian applications administrator.
