Responsibilities
Troubleshooting technical issues reported by users related to software, hardware, and networks for desktops, laptops, and servers
Repairing, installing, and configuring computer hardware and peripherals
Managing computer hardware inventory
Maintaining office infrastructure, including conference rooms, printers, and the server room
Managing IT onboarding/offboarding processes for new employees
Supporting the IT Administrator in daily duties
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in local user support
Proficiency in configuring and installing hardware and software
Hardware Troubleshooting: Assembling, upgrading, and repairing desktop/laptop components (HDD/SSD, RAM, Motherboards).
Experience configuring MS applications, Outlook and Teams applications
Networking Basics: Understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and router/switch configuration.
Help Desk Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) to document and track issues
Basic administration skills in Azure, AWS, VMware, Fortigate, and Cisco
Basic administration skills in Windows Server, PowerShell, Active Directory, and SQL
Good knowledge of Linux administration, including ZFS
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and DNS configuration and maintenance
English communication skills at a minimum B2 level
Customer Service: Maintaining patience and good attitude when handling users.
Documentation: Accurately recording incident details and creating knowledge base articles
On-site work in the Warsaw office
