Your responsibilities:
- Writing technical application documentation
- Monitoring and reporting errors (End 2 End Application Monitoring)
- Centralizing all relevant Log information and proactive analytic
We are looking for you, if you have:
- Experience in:
-Servers: Windows Server from 2012 up, RHEL 7 and 8 IIS, Apache
-Databases: MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, SQL
-AD – knowledge of group operation and management
-Jira
- Application administration - installations, updates, migrations, configuration changes, log viewing
- ServiceNOW - working with incidents, requests, changes, creating reports, editing CMDB
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Working in the agile methodology
