Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in delivering full-scale web projects.

• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing interfaces for mobile applications, web solutions, and reports.

• Portfolio of work samples available for review.

• Proven ability to conduct usability and accessibility evaluations.

• Excellent understanding of modern design and usability principles aligned with current market standards.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong skills in estimating, planning, and delivering tasks on schedule, with the ability to self-organize and prioritize effectively.

• Active contribution to UX knowledge development within the organization and cooperation in implementing User-Centered Design (UCD) processes.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Ability to conduct user research sessions (both in-person and remote).

• C1-level English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

• Practical knowledge of system and application usability.

• Experience in defining UX strategy for projects and product portfolios.

• Proven experience working with at least one CMS platform.

• Have strong consulting and a client-oriented mindset.

•  Are proactive, take ownership of your work, and build trust within your team. 

•  Enjoy collaboration, sharing knowledge, and working toward common goals. 

•  Demonstrate flexibility and adapt easily to different working styles and priorities. 

•  Show commitment to quality and continuously look for ways to improve.
