Senior BI Reporting Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports to deliver key business insights.
• Build advanced analytical models in SAP Analytics Cloud, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Maintain and administer BI tools, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Integrate BI tools with Snowflake and other data sources.
• Implement best practices in Business Intelligence and data analytics.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics.
• Strong expertise in Tableau (dashboard design, performance optimization, advanced features).
• Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (data modeling, report building, predictive analytics).
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing solutions is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of CDS Views for data source connections.
• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation is an advantage.
• Project management skills and experience leading BI initiatives are desirable.
