Senior Integration Developer

We are looking for a Senior Integration Developer for a client in pharmaceutical industry. The team is integral part of IT department supporting the development of products that improve the lives of patients all over the world. You will play a key role in shaping the future of releasing software products by building scalable solutions in the cloud.

Work Mode: Remote (with occasional travel to Warsaw and Copenhagen)

Job Responsibilities:

Design and Build Solutions:

• Develop and implement solutions using event­ driven architecture for GxP ­compliant pharma systems.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Creating re­usable templates that can enable other developers to follow best practices.

Optimize for Scalability, Automation and Performance:

• Enhance system scalability, flexibility, and performance to meet evolving business needs.
• Implement best practices for performance tuning and optimization, including CI/CD
• Implement automated testing.

Collaborate with Cross­ Functional Teams:

• Work closely with cross­ functional teams to design, configure, and maintain integrations, data flows, events, and APIs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.

Ensure Quality and Data Integrity:

• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability.

Expectations:

• Experience in Event­Driven Design, Kafka, Databricks, and Integrations.
• Design and development of Kafka event­driven architecture using Flink or other stream processing technologies.
• Automated unit/integration testing and code quality inspection.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (or similar).
• Experience with using Python/Java
• Experience working in the pharma domain or other regulated areas is considered an advantage.
