Senior AI/MLOps Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain an AWS-powered platform for AI/ML solutions.

• Collaborate with platform users (data scientists, developers, and citizen developers) to enable creation of AI and GenAI solutions.

• Deploy and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.

• Apply AI Engineering and MLOps best practices to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

• Incorporate DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, into AI/ML workflows.

• Co-create solutions with end-users to accelerate adoption of AI across the organization.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Proven experience in MLOps and AI Engineering, including deployment of RAG and Agentic AI solutions.

• Solid knowledge of AWS services relevant to AI/ML, with understanding of role permissions, networking, and service integration.

• Strong Python programming skills combined with the ability to apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD automation.

• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, preferably Terraform.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in diverse, cross-functional environments.
