Identity & Access Management Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Engineer to support engineering discovery and implementation in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM).

The role focuses on designing and structuring identity, roles, and entitlements across systems, ensuring secure and scalable access management for both internal users and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct engineering discovery related to identity, roles, and entitlements across systems.

• Define and design how users (e.g. LDC colleagues) authenticate and access systems.

• Map and manage identity providers and identity directories.

• Design and implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and/or policy-based access models.

• Support and define Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

• Identify and assess shadow identity systems (applications with their own access logic).

• Define access models for external identities (partners, contractors, etc.).

• Establish and document entitlement models (e.g. access rights per role such as GM).

• Collaborate with architecture, security, and platform teams to ensure consistency.

We are looking for you, if you have:

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Hands-on experience with: RBAC / ABAC / policy-based access control.

• Identity providers (e.g. Azure AD, Okta, etc.).

• PAM solutions.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.

• Experience working in complex, distributed environments.

• Ability to analyze and structure access models and entitlement frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
