Our Client is an international organization operating in the Capital Markets space, delivering technology solutions that support trading and post-trade processes.The project focuses on building and maintaining integrations between Front Office and Back Office systems, ensuring smooth processing of financial contracts and data flows.You will join a team working on orchestration and automation of processes using modern integration tools and workflow engines.We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who combines technical integration skills with a solid understanding of financial processes.WORK MODE: Warsaw – hybrid (approx. 3 days in the office, flexible approach)WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Front Office (trading) and Back Office systems, ensuring reliable data flow across the entire trade lifecycle
Build and manage workflow orchestration processes using Camunda to automate and streamline business operations
Analyze Front-to-Back processes (from trade capture to settlement and accounting) to identify gaps and improve system interactions
Work with APIs, messaging systems, databases, and middleware tools to integrate multiple platforms in a complex environment
Collaborate with business (Front, Middle, Back Office) and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize operational processes
Monitor integrations, resolve incidents, and contribute to documentation and testing activities
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?Must have:
4–5 years of experience in IT roles within Capital Markets or Investment Banking
Hands-on experience with system integrations (e.g., APIs, messaging, middleware, ETL – Extract, Transform, Load)
Experience with workflow/orchestration tools such as Camunda (or similar)
Good understanding of data formats and querying (JSON, XML, SQL)
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and/or Back Office processes (confirmations, settlements, accounting)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across business and technical teams
Nice to have:
Experience with Murex or other trading platforms (e.g., Calypso, Kondor+)
Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and process modeling
Experience with integration architecture in banking environments
Familiarity with financial products (FX, derivatives, fixed income, money market)
Knowledge of financial messaging standards (e.g., SWIFT, FIX)
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting integration workflows
