Technical Writer

We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Writer to support a short-term project for one of our clients.

Our client is a global technology consulting company specializing in data, analytics, and cloud solutions. The organization supports enterprise clients in building modern data platforms, optimizing business processes, and improving decision-making through advanced analytics.

Role overview

You will be responsible for improving and creating high-quality documentation, both internal and client-facing. The focus is on making complex technical content clear, structured, and easy to understand from a business perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Improving existing client-facing documentation

• Creating structured learning paths with defined advancement levels

• Enhancing internal documentation standards

• Translating technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guides

• Developing step-by-step documentation for end users

• Professionalizing and standardizing existing materials

Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Writer in IT environments

• Strong understanding of SRE / Observability concepts

• Solid general IT knowledge (to understand client needs and systems)

• Ability to translate technical content into business-friendly language

• Experience creating user-facing documentation and guides

• Strong communication and structuring skills

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise clients

• Background in data / cloud / analytics environments
